Onboarding Guide for
Turo Host Partners
Welcome to Car Jockeys! This guide is designed to help you integrate your Turo fleet with our team and answer common questions about our operations. Follow the Onboarding steps to get started, then refer to the FAQs for additional details.
Add Car Jockeys as Your Co-Host on Turo

Click "Create Team" and enter "Car Jockeys" as the Team Name.

Type in Car Jockeys for Team name and check Pricing and availability to help us find your vehicle reservations.

Click on "Hosting Teams"
Go to "More" > "Hosting Teams"

Open the Turo app on your smartphone.

Go to "More" > "Hosting Teams".

Click "Create Team" and enter "Car Jockeys" as the Team Name.

We’ll have default access to trip management, which allows us to handle all operations.

Optional: Select "Pricing and Availability" to give us access to your calendar and pricing view. This helps us find future trips (note: "Booked" and "History" trips don’t allow filtering by vehicle). We can assist with pricing optimization to increase utilization, but we won’t change prices without your authorization.

Once we’re verified, select the vehicles you want us to manage from our Westshore Parking Garage.

Open the Turo app on your smartphone.
