Turo Host Partners

Welcome to Car Jockeys! We're excited to partner with you as a Turo host to handle your virtual delivery needs. Our service streamlines home, airport, and custom address deliveries remotely, saving you time while ensuring seamless experiences for your guests.

This onboarding page will guide you through the quick setup process. It typically takes 15-30 minutes to complete. Once done, you'll be ready to start using our virtual assistance.

Step-by-Step Onboarding Process

Step 1: Provide Your Delivery Details

  1. Fill out our quick form to share info about your vehicles, preferred delivery methods, and any specific instructions. This helps us tailor our virtual service to your setup. We'll also collect your phone number for WhatsApp setup in the next step.
     

  2. Complete the Delivery Details Form  

    What we'll ask:
     

    • Your contact info and Turo host details.

      • Specific tasks and responsibilities for our Virtual Assistants

      • Home delivery: Address, access notes (e.g., gate codes).

      • Airport delivery: Preferred terminals, parking protocols.

      • Custom delivery: Handling guest requests, mileage policies.

        Phone number for WhatsApp communication.

      • Vehicles: Make-Model-Year-Color-License Plate w/State Abbreviation (ex: 2020 BMW 430i Blue TURO26-FL)
         

  3. You'll receive a confirmation email once submitted.

Step 2: Add Us to Your Turo Hosting Team

To allow our virtual team to manage your trips:
 

  • Log in to the Turo app or website.

    • Go to More > Hosting Team

      • Click "Create Team"

      • In Team name field type in "Car Jockeys Virtual"​​

      • ​Click on "Add" under vehicles and select the vehicles to assign to our team.​

      • Now add our co-host email virtual@carjockeys.biz in the email address field. We will then accept your invitation.

Step 3: Set Up WhatsApp for Communication

To enable smooth, real-time communication with our team:
 

  1. Download the WhatsApp app from the App Store (iOS)  or Google Play (Android) if you don't have it.
     

  2. Set up an account using the phone number you provided in Step 1 (or update us if different).
     

  3. Once set up, reply to our confirmation email confirming you're ready.
     

  4. We'll invite you to our "Car Jockeys VA Ops Group" via WhatsApp for ongoing coordination.
     

This group allows quick updates on deliveries, queries, and support.

Step 4: Review and Sign Agreement (Monthly Plans Only)

If opting for our monthly subscription:

  • We'll send a personalized agreement via email after Steps 1-3.
     

  • It covers a 3-month initial term (auto-renews month-to-month afterward).
     

  • Key terms: Services provided, payment schedule, cancellation policy (30 days notice).
     

  • Sign electronically using JotForm—quick and secure.

Step 5: Make Payment and Go Live

Once everything is approved:
 

  • We'll email or text (sms) you a secure Stripe payment link.
     

  • Choose your plan and complete the transaction (credit card fees may apply, disclosed upfront).
     

  • Service activates immediately—start assigning deliveries to us!

What virtual assistant services does Car Jockeys provide?

  • How long does approval take? Usually within 24 hours after all steps.
     

  • What if I have multiple vehicles? List them all in the form—we scale with you.
     

  • Cancellation?
    For monthly: After 3 months, cancel anytime with notice.
    Weekly: No strings attached.

    Once onboarded, use the WhatsApp group for quick help.
     

  • Why WhatsApp? It's secure, fast, and great for sharing photos/videos of deliveries if needed. Group feature allows us to add and remove group members with ease.
